The PGCPS Office of Employee Performance (OEP) has prepared materials to support each appraisee and appraiser through the evaluation process. They have provided few key points for the School Year 2024-2025 evaluation process:

• All PGCPS employees will utilize eDoctrina, the online evaluation platform for all evaluation activities in the Professional Growth System.
• The evaluation materials should be reviewed with each employee prior to or during the Beginning-of-Year (BOY) Growth Conference.
• This is an opportunity for the appraiser and appraisee to have an open, collaborative conversation about goals and work expectations to support the employee with feedback.
• All PGCPS employees can access an electronic copy of the School Year 2024-2025 Resource Guide to Professional Growth Activities. This guide includes handbooks, timelines, rubrics, and other resources organized by bargaining units to help employees with the evaluation process.
